Delete Your 5 Back-to-Back Alarms. It’s Not Good For Your Health And Here Is Why

A lot of us struggle to get up in the morning so we found the perfect hack. Set about 5 or 6 alarms back to back to back so that by all means we have to wake up. What you might not know about that strategy is that alarms are actually bad for your health. Research from the National Institute of Industrial Health in Japan suggests that waking up to a jolting noise can be bad for your heart.

A better alternative is to try to wake up using natural light instead. Let the sun wake you up in the morning. If you have to wake up before the sun comes out then it might be good to start developing some good sleep habits like going to bed earlier so that you’ll naturally wake up earlier.
