Unenthused Ghanaians Drag Shatta Wale After Alleged Shooting Publicity Stunt

Guys, let’s unpack this real quick.

We started the third week of October yesterday, everybody was minding their business. Students were prepping for the upcoming mid semester exam, those at internships are still trying to grasp the world of work.

National Service people are also figuring out their lives for the next 12 months.

In the evening, they tried going on Twitter to join some argument that will make them feel alive again then they were hit with news that Shatta Wale has been shot and the alleged gun men were on the run.

However, was he shot though?

Twitter got worried. For a moment young people forgot that the Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has told them to be entrepreneurs because the government can’t employ them.

Then later the video of a supposed man of God prophesying the death of Shatta Wale on October 17 went viral. Adding some sort of mystery to the whole thing.

The Ghana Police Service even released a statement indicating that it was investigating the alleged shooting incident.

State commits resources, fans bewildered and social media just focused and hoping that Shatta Wale pulls responds to medical treatment.

Only for him to take to his Facebook account to apologise and also call out the Ghana Police Service for not protecting him when the supposed man of God made the prophecy about his death.

With a stop false prophesies creative, Shatta Wale apologised to his fans, his team member for taking his phone and using it to send those WhatsApp status updates that started the whole prank, and also to his dad.

However, people are not happy with what he did and even how he has handled the aftermath.
