
This year has just been one roller coaster of a ride for the Ghanaian public tertiary education system. UTAG (the University Teachers Association of Ghana) has been on one strike after the other trying to get the government to listen to and address its demands. For students, the strike can be fun for a few days but then the fact that time is literally being wasted and other inconveniences start getting to you.
And So Although The Initial Reaction Might Be This:
There Are Very Real Things At Stake And Yet Another Strike Doesn’t Sit Well With People
If You Had Plans To Graduate In November, Things Are Looking Bleak
And A Strike Messes Up Everyone’s Schedule
