Since the University Teachers Association of Ghana called off their strike action, various public universities have resumed academic activities and are now preparing to write the end of semester exams.

The case is no different at the University of Education Winneba where students had been concerned about the nature of the exam due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

After the UTAG strike, UEW students have been contemplating whether the examination will be digital or hybrid, which means some online and others in person.

The university has released the examination timetable which states clearly which of the papers would be written online and the papers that would be written in person.

The timetable indicates that departmental courses will be written in person while the general courses will be written online.

The examination will begin on 6th September and end on 24th September.

UEW students must visit your departmental noticeboards incase you haven’t seen your timetable yet and also contact your course reps for any details.

We wish you all the best in your Exams
