Kwasi Danso Amoah: The Augusco Alum Who Just Made It To Harvard Law School

Kwasi Danso Amoah, an alumnus of St. Augustine’s College and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNSUT) has gained admission to one of the most renowned law schools in the world – Harvard Law School – to undertake his LLM.

Kwasi is a lawyer with special interests in corporate and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration and constitutional jurisprudence. He is also the Head of Legal Affairs at Hacklab Foundation.

After completing his senior high school education at St. Augustine’s College in 2012, Kwasi gained admission to KNUST Faculty of Law to pursue a bachelor of laws (LL.B) degree, completing in 2016.

He later obtained a professional law certificate in 2018 from the Ghana School of Law, making him a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.

Kwasi graduated from the Ghana School of Law as the Best Student in Interpretation of Deeds and Statutes.

He also won the Daniel Prize – an award given to an active member of the Law Christian Fellowship of the Ghana School of Law for exhibiting the excellence of the biblical Daniel in both Christianity and academia, during their time in school.

Kwasi Danso Amoah started gaining hands-on experience in law as a legal intern at Obeng Manu & Co, Sarpomaa Chambers; and also at Kimathi & Partners, Corporate Attorneys where he later became an Associate in 2018.

He is also a writer who has written a number of legal articles.
