Yesterday, Ghanaians and supporters of the Fix The Country lived through a sad moment.
Ibrahim Mohammed who was commonly known as ‘Kaaka’ had passed away after battling for his life for several days.
Kaaka had been mobbed by a group of people in Ejura.
As a fierce supporter of the Fix The Country campaign, Kaaka had used his social media platforms to shine a light on a number of challenges experienced by people living in Ejura as they go through their daily routine.
He highlighted issues on road, rising cost of fuel, deplorable waste disposal system, among others.
However, it is believed that he was attacked by people who are sympathetic to the government and were unhappy that Kaaka was making the government unpopular.
Yesterday, Kaaka passed away after he had been on admission for several days following the attack.
According to the police, they have arrested two people for the murder of Kaaka and that they will investigate to determine whether he was attacked because of this FixTheCountry activism.
However, social media users are calling for justice and have already linked Kaaka’s attack and murder to his Fix The Country activism.
Kaaka was 45 years old.
