We all have a love-hate relationship with the rainy season. On one hand, the sun has stopped burning us and in the evenings, we can enjoy our sleep better and on the other hand, this season comes with many struggles. Here are 5 of them.
1. Waking up early
The sleep becomes even sweeter at dawn but for most people, that’s when they have to wake up and go to work. It’s during this period that we set a lot of alarms so we can be able to wake up. If you’re on this table, leave a comment below and let’s know ourselves😹
When the weather hot, bathing is a no brainer because you’re all sweaty and can’t wait to get into the shower. In this weather, first of all, you don’t want to get out of bed. When you do, the weather is so cold that you don’t want cold water on your body. Some people heat water so they can feel better.
3. Having a cold in the morning
The tweet above explains everything 😹😹. You don’t exactly have a cold but every morning, one nose is blocked and the other is open. In an hour’s time, everything will get back to normal.
4. Muddy roads
It takes a certain kind of skill to walk on muddy roads without getting tiny splashes at the back of your legs. Also, you’ll have to be extra careful because some drivers will splash muddy water on you.
5. Trying hard not to sleep at work
Especially when the weather changes drastically and it’s only the middle of the day and you’re at work. The place looks dark and you’ve just had a heavy lunch. All your body would want to do is to sleep but you have to try extremely hard to keep your eyes open and do what needs to be done.
