The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) is arguably the biggest awards event in Ghana and since its inception, the ceremony has been hosted by some of the best master of ceremonies (MCs) in the country.
Ace broadcaster, Kwami Sefa Kayi holds the record for hosting the ceremony nine times. He consecutively hosted the ceremony from 2000 to 2007 and co-hosted with Berla Mundi in 2019.
Berla Mundi, Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD) and Chris Attah have all hosted the ceremony thrice, while Doreen Andoh, Samini and Mildred Ashong (Eazzy) have hosted it twice.
