DJ Kwamzy Has Released Amapiano Inspired Single "Busisa" Ahead Of Upcoming Project "Amapiano To The World Volume 2"

Ghanaian-born British Producer and artiste, DJ Kwamzy announces his return to the limelight bringing Amapiano and amazing vibes to his fans. Following the release of the first part of the Amapiano To The World installment last year, currently sitting on almost half a million streams on all platforms, Kwamzy has decided he would like to thrill fans with a Volume 2 for the anniversary of the initial project. The forthcoming project which will be Kwamzy’s third body of work will drop on the 9th of July, 2021.

“Busisa” the first single off the project has dropped giving fans an insight on what to expect from the upcoming project. “Busisa” features a wide range of artists from Ghana including Tonic Motion, BuMan, SiphoTheGift, and Cozypols.

This project was majorly produced, mixed and mastered by none other than Kwamzy himself from his home studio. Gunning for a much more cosmopolitan approach to this project, Kwamzy recruits acts with different influences from the UK, SOUTH AFRICA, GHANA and the US.

The Ep features voices of acts like Yung D3mz, BuMan, Sango, Mojvki, JayDream, Avanthay, Sipho The Gift, C Biggz, NiiQuaye amongst others. The EP comprises of 7 songs spanning from different touchpoints: love, meditation, serenity, heartbreaks, etc. It is clearly evidence that there is a song for every mood on this project. The magic of the log drums and the piano accentuates all corners of this project. Kwamzy said,“I have been and still obsessed with challenging myself and my craft. Music is my go-to place, more like therapy for me, whether I’m happy or I’m sad, I make music. These allow my music to generally express my emotions while producing.”
