Your LinkedIn profile will be used in some cases to determine whether or not you’re going to be good hire. Not to mention the fact that your connections on LinkedIn can help you land your next big role. Before you leave your internship, make sure that you connect with your supervisors and coworkers on LinkedIn.
Get Feedback On Your Performance
At the end of your internship, you should get feedback on how other people have seen your performance. Be direct about it and ask. Even if there are things that you don’t want to hear, learning your flaws will make you much better for your next internship or your first full-time role.
