We made things easier for you, instead of sorting out nearly every music video that released last week, we’ve narrowed it down to strictly the best of music videos that dropped during the week, saving you plenty of time.

Last week’s Music videos saw the drill scene lead the charge with the street Anthem “Abonten” by City Boy featuring the entire Asakaa boys. Kwesi Arthur gave fans an insight on what to expect in his upcoming project “Son Of Jacob” with Warming Up Freestyle. Akan also announced his Sophomore album in new single “Mobetie”.

Wizkid and Tems reunited in Accra to gives the video for their hit single “Essence”. Ypee also released “Makoma” over the week. Essilfie releases the acoustic version for her single Lost, which features Fortune Dane.

Lord Paper gives us a feel of a Ghana/Kenya collaboration with the remix of his single “Beautiful Day” featuring Victoria Kimani and Kofi Mole.

Warming Up (Emotionally Scarred Freestyle) Kwesi Arthur

Ghanaian hip-hop singer and songwriter, Kwesi Arthur serve up the remix for Emotionally scarred by Lil baby which he aptly titled “Warming Up.”

After close to four years of dropping his debut album, Pure Akan in his latest new single “Mobɛtie” has announced his Sophomore Album is ready.

Fans have waited long to know when his next album will be out and he answers all their questions on “Mobɛtie.”

Mobɛtie which translates from the Akan language (local dialect of the Akan people) as “You Will listen” is the Pure Akan latest hit. Clocking at over 2 mins, the song gives fans a foretaste of what to expect in his upcoming Album.

WizKid – Essence (Official Video) ft. Tems

WizKid and Tems have shared the music video for their Made in Lagos collaboration “Essence.” The visual, directed by DK, was filmed in Accra, Ghana.

Ypee – Makoma (Official Video)

Rising Ghanaian rapper and PeeNation Records leader, Ypee comes through with another beautiful single captioned; “Makoma”.

The song is Ypee’s debut project of the month. “Makoma” was produced, mixed and mastered by budding Ghanaian record producer and serial hit-maker, Sick Beatz.

Lost-Essilfie feat. Fortune Dane (Acoustic Version)

LOST’ is a feel good song about being so deep in love that you might end up losing yourself in the end. The type of love that is a little toxic but fun and enjoyable at the same time. Originally produced by EDEMEDEM (production credits on ‘Dumb Love’ also by Essilfie), the video was shot and edited by Nii Tackie of Made Entertainment. The acoustic version features Fortune Dane, who is a sought-after producer and it will come as a surprise to know that he is also a prolific lyricist/rapper.

Essilfie takes the live-funky-pop and soulful track to new melodic heights with her distinctive alluring sultry voice and lyrics. Fortune Dane also graces the song with a guest verse. The song is also accompanied by an anime lyric video – a visual representation of the youthful blissful, not caring what the world thinks and melting into the flaming hot mess of a lover’s affection.

Lord Paper – Beautiful Day Feat. Victoria Kimani & Kofi Mole

Lord Paper under the imprint of Auzy Media clocks in with his first official single of 2021. , ‘Beautiful Day’ is housed under his highly acclaimed ‘Somewhere In North K’ debut album. Lord Paper drops the remix of his amazing record ‘Beautiful Day’ featuring Kofi Mole which breathes a verse from the Kenyan music star, Victoria Kimani.
