Ghana’s Music scene seems to dominated by Gyakie and we are here for it. Since the release of her Seed Ep she has been trending and Topping charts across Africa and the World. In this weeks Youtube Music Charts. Gyakie is still number 1 on the charts with O’kenneth’s Agyeiwaa trending at number 2.

Yaw Tog’s Sore Remix which features Stormzy and Kwesi Arthur is still part of the top 3 trends at number 3. Kwame Yogot’s Biibi Besi featuring Kuami Eugene is at number 4. Diana Hamilton’s Adom tops the trends at number 5.

1. Gyakie & Omah Lay-Forever (Remix)

Adding to the numerous collaborations between Ghana and Nigeria, Ghanaian Music Superstar Gyakie has released “Forever Remix” featuring Nigeria’s finest Omah Lay. ‘Forever’ is a song where Gyakie reassures her lover of her feelings and loyalty. Omah lay also chipped in fascinating lyrics and his melodious vocals.

2. O’KENNETH – AGYEIWAA feat. REGGIE & CITY BOY

Agyeiwaa is the first official single for the year from the Living Life Record brothers. The trio fuse English and Twi melodies switching between straight-talking bars and sung verses, which brings a unique texture to the sound as they perform a ballad of a girl called ‘Agyeiwaa’, daughter of a wealthy but strict dad. Agyeiwaa is in love with a rascal but her dad is an impediment to her love life.

3. Yaw Tog, Stormzy & Kwesi Arthur – Sore (Remix)

Fast-rising Ghanaian Drill Mc Yaw Tog, has featured Stormzy and Ghanaian rap superstar Kwesi Arthur, on the remix of his breakout hit single “Sore Remix.”

Last year, “Sore” went viral with Yaw Tog and his fellow Ghanaian drill pioneers O’Kenneth, City Boy, Reggie, Jay bahd taking over the music scene with none stop bangers. Currently “Sore” has been viewed over 2 Million times on Youtube.

In December last year, Yaw Tog and Stormzy, who was visiting Ghana for the festive season gave fans a snippet of what to expect on the remix at UPP Fest.

4. Kwame Yogot ft Kuami Eugene – Biibi Besi

Ghanaian rapper, Kwame Yogot has released his first single for 2021 and it’s accompanying visual. Titled “Biibi Besi, the song features Kuami Eugene. Yogot tackles hardships on the Poppin Beatz produced song. He also predicts he will be successful this year: “last year na ank) yie mpo a, afe yi dier all say ye.” The official video, directed by Yaw Skyface opens with Eugene in a morning coat with a cup of coffee descending a staircase. Other scenes show Eugene and Yogot surrounded by ladies in a mansion.

5. Diana Hamilton ”ADOM (Grace)” 

Multi-awarded and two-time Gospel Artiste of the Year, Diana Hamilton is once again out with a new song called “Adom (Grace)”. Diana Hamilton’s new song titled “Adom” – Grace – is to tell believers and non-believers about the unfailing love and protection of God, and his invaluable grace on humanity.

6. Kweku Darlington – Sika Aba Fie (ft. Yaw Tog & Kweku Flick)

Kweku Darlington comes through with a brand new record titled; “Sika Aba Fie”. He teams up with Ghanaian rapper and “Sore” hit-maker, Yaw Tog alongside “Money” hit-maker, Kweku Flick to serve fans and music lovers this well-curated drill song.

7. Okyeame Kwame – YEE KO ft Kuami Eugene

Ghanaian veteran hip-life musician and multiple award-winning artiste, Okyeame Kwame begun the year with this classic number tagged “Yeeko” Okyeame Kwame‘s massive entry features the Rockstar, Kuami Eugene.

The masterpiece record “Godly” serves from his highly anticipated studio project dubbed, “What Have We Done” EP which is made up of 5 solid tracks.

9. Lil Nas X – MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)
