At this moment, there seems to be a cry for justice everywhere turn in Ghana.
Today, it is the students of the Ghana Institute of Journalism who are claiming the university is not treating them with fairness.
This comes after the university issued a directive yesterday asking all the students who paid their fees after the registration deadline to defer their programme.
The timing of this directive makes it harsher as the school has already collected the said fees, allowed them to register, they have attended lectures, written Internal Assessment exams and are just days away from writing their end of semester exam.
People have started trending the #JusticeForGIJStudents hashtag with messages of support for GIJ students.
Some GIJ students are also using the hashtag to throw more light on the situation.
As at the time of filing this report, the management had locked the gates of the school as it anticipates a protest from students.
