Here’s Stonebwoy View On Students Being Denied Admission Because Of Dreadlocks

Stonebwoy has weighed in on the conversation about Achimota School’s alleged rejection of two first-year students who gained admission to the prestigious institution because they had dreadlocks.

According to reports, the school had on Thursday, March 18, 2021, turned home the students with dreadlocks, asking their parents to cut off their wards’ hair or find another school for them.

This story generated a lot of reactions from Ghanaians on social media, political leaders and advocacy organisations.

Stonebwoy, in a tweet, quizzed if there was any harm in a school admitting students because of their hairstyle as Rastafarians.

He got a lot of replies for his question, and he took the time to reply to most of them and provided his view on the issue.
