Madagascar is the one place on the earth where you will never get short of the breathtaking experiences.
For example, visiting the stone forest is one of of the exciting things to do in Madagascar. Approximately 200 million years ago, the limestone seabed was pushed upwards, creating a vast plateau. Over time, the plateau was eroded, eventually becoming a dense “forest” of jagged limestone needles interspersed with canyons, waterfalls and almost impenetrable forest.
There are pristine beaches as well and you can also go whale watching between July and September. Check out our full list here.
