Seven Professors have applied to be chosen as the next Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana.
The current Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Legon is Prof Ebenezer Oduro Owusu.
However, his tenure in office will come to an end on July 31, 2021.
As a result, the university is searching for his replacement.
Out of the seven applications received, only one of the applicants is a woman.
Prof Nana Aba Appiah Amfo is the current Pro Vice-Chancellor with responsibility for Academic and Student Affairs at the same university.
The university shared the list of the seven applicants and the current positions they occupy.
