The Securities and Exchange Commission has warned Ghanaians of new fraudulent investment schemes.
According to the SEC it has not licensed Chy Century Heng Due Group Limited or Sairui E-Commerce Ghana Limited to “carry out any capital market activity including investing or trading for returns.”
The commission said it is dedicated to ensuring rigorous implementation of all the rules for operators in the Capital Market in order to promote the orderly growth and development of an efficient fair and transparent securities market.
It asked Ghanaians to contact them before investing with investment companies and fund managers.
