For many people, the new year ushers in a sense of renewal and hope. It’s a time to take stock of who they are and the way they live and resolve to improve themselves and so they go out of their way to put down things they want changed in their lives and try to work towards it.
If you’re putting down resolutions, we have 10 suggestions for you to add to what you have. There’s no doubt that some of our suggestions may already be in your list but there are some too that haven’t crossed your mind yet.
Take for example, Sleeping well. This point may seem weird but it is necessary to get the required amount of sleep for your body. Yes, it’s important to burn the midnight candle but you still need your rest too. Getting less than 7 hours of sleep on a regular basis increases your risk of several health problems. Sleep is integral to your overall health, so make it a priority to sleep at least 7 hours per night.
