It’s officially the party season and considering the fact that we are 3 days away from 2021, most of you are extremely tired but you won’t stop enjoying yourself. 2020 has been A LOT and we all deserve to just relax and have a little fun. In all of this you need to take care of your skin so it looks less blotchy and dehydrated. Here are some of the things to do for your skin this period.
During this period where alcohol is the order of the day, still try to hydrate especially when you’re home. Your skin needs the water to be healthy. This may not be anything new but it’s important to remember.
2. Clean your makeup before sleeping
This also something you’ve heard over and over again but we need to remind you again in these times. You may come back from town so exhausted; all you want to do is sleep but it’s important to clean your face before you do so. The skin renews itself while you sleep, and when you leave makeup on, you are preventing that from happening.
3. Stick to a healthy diet
As the body grows it is important to receive the right nutrients so that cells are built and maintained and the body grows at the right pace. A healthy balanced diet also improves your looks. Eating well contributes to healthy skin and hair and a “glow” that makes you look younger.
4. Give your skin a boost
Do the needful. Exfoliate, Use hydrating masks or even go get a facial. All these help the skin look young and boosts it so it looks really good even when you aren’t doing the most with it.
