Twene Jonas, a US-based Ghanaian actor and filmmaker, has released branded t-shirts for sale at $35.99 (GHC213.78) and Ghanaians don’t seem to be too happy about it.
The t-shirts are designed with his popular terms: “24/7 – the system is working”, “glass nkoaaa”, and “didi free”.
Twene Jonas became popular for his videos about the development of Ghana and the USA. In his videos, he compares the development of the USA to that of Ghana. He also accuses Ghanaian politicians of the country’s poor development.
He tweeted pictures of himself wearing the t-shirts and provided details on how his followers can purchase them.
However, Ghanaians are not too excited about this as they have criticised him for the cost of the t-shirt and well as the design.
