GCB is changing its banking hours in the new year.
The bank, just as many other banks implemented a shorter banking time as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This allowed their staff some flexibility to manage workload while still ensuring COVID-19 safety protocols.
However, in 2021 the bank is going to add more banking hours to what they are currently practising.
A statement from GCB said their banks will now open at 8:30 am and close at 4 pm instead of the current 9 am to 3 pm.
This new banking hours will take effect on January 4, 2021.
Please note that other COVID-19 protocols are still in place including wearing of face masks before entering the banking hall.
