Ghanaians Slam Nigerian Tweep For Describing Ghana As A Village

A statement made a Nigerian tweep, Kelvin Odanz, has made a lot of Ghanaians very unhappy.

In a tweet, Odanz described Ghana as a “big village” without Accra while comparing it to Nigeria.

“At least for Nigeria, if you take out Abuja, you still have Lagos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Uyo and many other cities that gives you a semblance of hope. Take out Accra from Ghana for instance and you have a big village all through,” he wrote.

He also made derogatory comments about capital cities of other African countries including Benin, Senegal, Cameroon, Congo and Ivory Coast.

Ghanaians, however, were not pleased with his comments about Ghana and they responded by criticising him for his “silly comments.”
