Stonebwoy Reacts To Demonstration By Ashaiman Residents Against Election Results

Stonebwoy is a Ghanaian Afropop, dance hall and reggae musician

Stonebwoy has advised his fellow residents of Ashaiman not to allow themselves to be used by politicians for their political gains.

His advice comes after some residents of the town took to the streets on Sunday, December 13, 2020, to demonstrate against the 2020 election results as declared by the Electoral Commission (EC).

According to the residents, EC Chair Jean Mensa did not declare the true verdict of the just-ended elections, insisting that the NDC are the winners of this year’s elections.

Stonebwoy shared a video of the demonstration on Twitter and wrote: “Ashaiman, My People Please all these ones Cannot Solve anything.”

“The politicians themselves know better what to do. Where our small power counts is to vote and we have done just that.”

“Don’t allow yourself to be used by heart… let’s keep the peace and go about our hustle… it Go better,” he added.
