Former President John Mahama Rejects The 2020 Presidential Results

The Presidential results from the 2020 presidential elections was declared yesterday and President Akufo-Addo was declared as the winner.

However, not all the 11 other contenders have conceded defeat.

Former President John Mahama, who was one of the contenders and came in second place, has not conceded defeat.

He held a press conference minutes ago to state that he is not accepting the results calling the figures as announced “fictitious.”

“The facts and figures on the pink sheets available to us indicate that numerous steps have been taken to manipulate the elections in favour of the incumbent president,” former President Mahama said.

“We will take legitimate steps to reverse this travesty of justice,” he added.

Acccording to him every Ghanaian in this country voted for change.

“We did so both in the presidential and parliamentary elections,” he said.
