Election 2020: The MPs Who Will Be Entering Parliament For The First Time

The just ended 2020 general elections resulted in some incumbent Members of Parliament (MPs) losing their seats to newly elected ones who will be entering Ghana’s Parliament for the first time.

Out of 29 first-time MPs, 10 are from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and 9 are from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

John-Peter Amewu, Samuel Abu Jinapor, Farouk Aliu Mahama, Francis-Xavier-Sosu and Dzifa Gomashie are some of the newly elected MPs who will be entering Parliament for the first time.
