The Electoral Commission (EC) has released the regional breakdown of first-time voters who are between the ages of 18 and 21.
According to the EC, the final voters register has a total of 17,027,641 registered voters.
Out of that number, 2,635,050, representing 15.5% are made of first-time voters.
The Greater Accra region recorded 419,318 first-time voters, while the Ashanti region recorded 465,224.
