Electoral Commission Rolls Out Toll-Free Call Centre For The Elections

Jean Mensa is the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Ghana

As at today, December 3, the elections is just four days away and the Electoral Commission is making last minute touches to ensure that everything is a go on December 7.

One of the things the EC has just done to is to announce the establishment of a national call centre on election day.

The toll-free number will be operational one hour before the polls open and it will close one hour after the polls close.

The purpose of the call centre to provide an outlet for voters to relay their feedback to the Electoral Commission.

If you have a challenge that the Presiding Officer at your local polling station can’t solve, then call the toll-free number on 0800-100-100 to take your complaint higher up for a solution.

You can call the number free of charge on December 7 between the hours of 6am and 6pm for your concerns to be addressed.

December 7 is now a holiday, please do whatever you can to vote if you are a registered voter.

Let your voice be heard. Be a part of the process to choose our next president.
