We may have delayed in introducing our bearded guy for the week but that’s only because good things come when you’re late?
Meet your good thing for the week!
Our bearded guy for the week in this month of November is…
Adotey Karol Wothyla.
Karol is an entrepreneur and owner of The Blueprint Personal Training Studio in Labone, Accra and he’s been growing his beard since 2016!
He’s an ISSA certified personal trainer and an ambassador for three fitness comapnies: Ironman supplements, Dymatize and the men’s grooming product, Nguvu man.
Karol is an old student of St Peter’s SHS (Yes dears, he’s a Perscoba) but don’t fall in love just yet because there’s more: He is fluent in French and English, and his favourite ice cream flavour is pistachio.
For a luxurious looking beard like his, these are his 4 sure beard care tips!
1.BRUSH YOUR BEARD
The first step is to brush your beard (dry) before you shower.
2.TRIM YOUR BEARD
This isn’t about trimming your entire beard, but about keeping it clean-looking by trimming the moustache line and shaving the neck and upper cheeks.
3.WASH YOUR BEARD
What you may not realize is that your beard is prone to getting a lot dirtier than other parts of your body and requires extra attention.
4.USE BEARD OILS & BALMS
5. BRUSH & STYLE YOUR BEARD
Use gentle, long strokes, going against the grain and side-to-side to make sure everything is covered.
His message to guys without beards is simple:
A man without a beard is like a lion without a mane.karol_wothyla

All these beard tips are because we love you and we want you to know that you you can really have it all: fine face, full beard, fit body, goal oriented dream chaser but don’t forget:
The whole month of November, men are encouraged to avoid shaving their hair and beard for a good cause. In Ghana, the Beard Gang GH, a group of enthusiastic young men looking to make a change in the society are dedicating this month to saving all the money they would have spent at the barber’s to provide for needy kids in the country.
