This week, our bearded guy is…

Nicholas Nartey, a NAFTI graduate also known as Big Ghun!

He only started taking proper care of his beard, 7 years ago.

Big Ghun’s Beard Care Routine:

  • I shampoo my beard when I’m taking a shower and apply some petroleum jelly after bathing to keep it moisturized.
  • I also keep an afro comb on me everywhere I go that way, I can keep the beard looking straight anytime I touch it and feel it needs some combing out.
  • I visit my barber every week to make sure the beard is always smooth on the edges.

Message to beardless guys:

“Get you some panties and bra, bro”

If you didn’t know this, the whole month of November, men are encouraged to avoid shaving their hair and beard for a good cause. In Ghana, the Beard Gang GH, a group of enthusiastic young men looking to make a change in the society are dedicating this month to saving all the money they would have spent at the barber’s to provide for needy kids in the country.
