It’s No Shave November and a perfect time to glorify the delicious-looking bearded men in Ghana (relax, I have my pants on).
Each week, Kuulpeeps will be highlighting one bearded guy. Ladies, you’d get served with hot pictures and get to know these guys and gentlemen…you’d learn a few tips on how to join the bearded community. If there’s no hope for you, you are allowed to stare and be jealous.
This week, our bearded guy is…
Nicholas Nartey, a NAFTI graduate also known as Big Ghun!
He only started taking proper care of his beard, 7 years ago.
Fun Facts about Big Ghun
1. He’s multi talented
“I’m a rapper and a film maker and I wouldn’t drop one for the other.”
2. Ladies…he cooks!
“My jollof game is strong so when I wanna enter your soul I might just give you my jollof treat then I win be that.”
3. Wahala for who no get ass
“I will choose ass over boobs any day. But…not going to lie, some boobs are exceptional though.”
4. We all hate maths right?
“I hate maths especially that pie R squared thing”
Big Ghun’s Beard Care Routine:
- I shampoo my beard when I’m taking a shower and apply some petroleum jelly after bathing to keep it moisturized.
- I also keep an afro comb on me everywhere I go that way, I can keep the beard looking straight anytime I touch it and feel it needs some combing out.
- I visit my barber every week to make sure the beard is always smooth on the edges.
Message to beardless guys:
“Get you some panties and bra, bro”
If you didn’t know this, the whole month of November, men are encouraged to avoid shaving their hair and beard for a good cause. In Ghana, the Beard Gang GH, a group of enthusiastic young men looking to make a change in the society are dedicating this month to saving all the money they would have spent at the barber’s to provide for needy kids in the country.
