As part of their project aimed at collecting objects to show to the future generations how life was during the COVID-19 pandemic, the London museum received a donation from Arsenal captain, Aubameyang.

The 31-year-old striker gave his black lives matter jersey which was worn on the first face of the premier league restart project.

Aubameyang said: “I am proud to be the latest black player to captain Arsenal and it’s an honour to have the opportunity to donate my Black Lives Matter shirt to the Museum of London’s Collecting Covid project. He also sees the jersey as a special object that will spark hope and inspiration into a lot of young people for years to come.
