The prison officers today released a new photo that was taken of Bill Cosby last month on September 4.
In the photo he is wearing a grin on his face while he looks down. In a true COVID-19 style, he had his face mask around his neck.
According to American prison officers, prisoners get new mug shots takes every now and then as their appearance changes and that Bill Cosby was due for a new mug shot.
