West Ham United have completed the signing of Algeria international Saïd Benrahma on a season-long loan deal from Brentford.
The deal also includes an option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old will wear the number 9 shirt at the West Ham United.
“I’m very, very happy to be a part of this team,” Benrahma said after signing for West Ham.
“West Ham is a historic club, which has been in the Premier League for a very long time. It included and still includes good players. It’s a massive club in England.”
He added: “I spoke to the manager, so I know exactly what he expects from me. I’ll try to meet his expectations on the pitch because he’s put faith in me and hopefully I can give it back on the pitch.”
Benrahma was very instrumental for Brentford in the last two seasons at the club. He scored 30 goals and provided 27 assists in 94 games.
