
Male infertility is when a man has a poor chance of making his female partner pregnant. It usually depends on the quality of his sperm cells. While infertility is not always treatable, there are some things you can do to boost your chances of conceiving. Here are some of the lifestyle factors which can improve male fertility.
1. Avoid excessive alcohol and drug use
A number of studies have linked the worldwide use of drugs such as alcohol, marijuana, and cocaine to decreased sperm production. Alcohol has also been shown to cause sperm abnormalities.
2. Exercise regularly

3. Cut down Caffeine

4. Prevent STIs
Sexually transmitted infections — such as chlamydia and gonorrhea — can cause infertility in men. To protect yourself, limit your number of sexual partners and use a condom each time you have sex — or stay in a mutually monogamous relationship with a partner who isn’t infected. 5. Consider a multivitamin
Just like women, men need to meet daily nutritional requirements to be in the best shape possible.
