Jamaican Album Headlined By Shatta Wale Is Now 6th Top-Selling Album In The US

Tropical House Cruises To Jamaica, a Reggae/Dancehall album headlined by Shatta wale, is now the 6th top-selling Reggae/Dancehall album in the United States of America, according to Nielsen.

This was reported by Contractor on Twitter. “In a record-setting 17th week since its release, the USA official Nielsen reports our hit album led by King Shatta Wale as the 6th top-selling reggae album in America,” the account stated.

The album was produced by a collective that includes Contractor Music Group, Golden Child Records, Beatbopper Records, and Kohanim Records.

It features top Jamaican Reggae/Dancehall artists like Vybzkartel, Peetah Morgan, Mojo Morgan Sizzla, Capleton and many others.

The concept of the album is to promote reggae music on the African Continent in an effort to broaden the market for the genre.
