In a mail sent to all students of the university, The Physical Development & Municipal Services Directorate (PDMSD) has announced that abandoned vehicles littered over campus will be towed soon.
In the mail, the PDMSD stated that they have “observed that there are several abandoned vehicles on the University of Ghana Campus. The University community is hereby informed that all abandoned vehicles will be towed to the Legon Police Station by 17th October, 2020. Owners of such vehicles are advised to remove them without delay.”
On Twitter, the jokes have already started with some hinting at renting out parking spots for the owners of these vehicles while others are teasing owners of the cars and why they probably can’t take their cars home.
Whatever the real reason for those cars being abandoned on campus… 17th October is just next week dears.
