It is a feeling that can be felt from above your neck down to your spine with the help of sounds to trigger that sensation and let’s be real, everyone on the planet is suddenly obsessed with watching ASMR videos and how they give you that tingling sensation everywhere, but what happens when this isn’t the case for you?
