1. Green tea, peppermint oil and apple cider vinegar rinse
Green tea has antioxidants and nutrients which calms and rebalances an irritated scalp.
Peppermint oil is the perfect complement; it has anti-inflammatory properties and helps soothe and hydrate a dry scalp.
Get 1 cup of green tea, add 2 drops of peppermint oil and add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
Mix well, massage into scalp and let sit for at least five minutes before rinsing out.
