The dancehall artiste has done very well this year, and he was awarded for his hard work at the 2020 Africa Choice Awards.
Shatta Wale was crowned Artiste of the Year at 2020 Africa Choice Awards.
He beat off competition from top African musicians including Burna Boy, Davido, Sho Madjozi and Innoss’B.
The ceremony was held virtually and winners were announced on the Instagram page of the scheme.
