Football Is Back! Ghana Premier League To Start On October 30

Ghanaians can finally play football and see their local football heroes entertain them on the field.

President Akufo Addo has finally lifted the ban on contact sports in the country.

As a result, all contact sports can resume their activities.

In his 17th Coronavirus update address, President Akufo Addo said the Ghana Premier League and the Division 1 League will resume come October 30.

However, no spectators will be admitted during the training sessions.

On match days, seating at all stadia will be up to 25% capacity though they will be required to wear face masks at all times.
