Game 3 of the second-round of the NBA Western Conference playoffs between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Denver Nuggets was a great one.
However, the highlight of the game was Kawhi Leonard’s block on Denver Nuggets’ Jamal Murray.
The Nuggets were attempting a comeback as they were trailing by six points in the finals minutes of the fourth quarter.
As the Nuggets gathered momentum to close the point gap, Murray drove towards the basket, made a jump and tried dunking on Leonard.
But, Kawhi Leonard wasn’t ready to be dunked on as he managed to stop Murray by blocking the ball with his middle-finger.
Kawhi’s block pushed the Clippers to go on and win the game 113-107 to take a 2-1 lead in the series. Game 4, however, is scheduled for September 10, 2020.
This unbelievable block by Kawhi was celebrated by his teammates, Clippers fans and NBA fans all over the world.
