Tonight, former President John Dramani Mahama and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) are launching their own manifesto.
It is intended to provide a counter offer to what the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and President Akufo Addo have been offering and has promised to do if they win the election again.
