The Ghanaian king who led a slave rebellion in Jamaica in 1760

He was a warrior king, a wealthy merchant and slave trader. During his many conquests, he sold slaves as war captives to the slave traders and he himself became one day sold as he lost a battle. He was taken to Jamaica and conspired with the Queen Nanny of Jamaica along with his Allies; Yaw, Sobadu and Kwarteng to rebel against the British and slave masters and create Jamaica as a separate and independent black colony in 1760. Though Taki lost he remains a legend. The site where the rebellion was plotted is where is now called Taki falls in Jamaica.
