Ghanaians have travelled to all the corners of the world and they are making sure the Black Star is shinning brighter than ever with each passing day.
Students from Ghana continue to exhibit excellence wherever they are in the world and in whatever field or industry they find themselves.
As it was recently brought to our attention by the Chief Editor – Dailies, UN News at United Nations, Ben Dotsei Malor, one Ghanaian medical student was recently celebrated in Cuba.
Dr Edzorna Kwame graduated from the University of Havana Medial School where he was given a Golden Certificate or Título de Oro.
The Golden Certificate is an academic excellence honour which was given to Dr Edzorna Kwame because he was among the top batch in his class of 120 medical students.
This has been an 8-year long journey fro the newly minted Cuban trained Ghanaian doctor who left Ghana in 2012 to pursue his medical training.
Dr Edzorna Kwame, who is currently in Ghana is planning on focusing on practicing Internal Medicine.
Internal medicine practitioners are doctors whose medical specialty deals with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of internal diseases.
- Some of the internal diseases they provide care for are acute respiratory infections, pneumonia, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, among others.
Congrats Dr Edzorna Kwame!
