COVID-19: Ghana’s Active Cases Drop To 1,604

Ghana’s COVID-19 cases have increased to 43,717, after 95 new infections were recorded.

The Ghana Health Service confirmed this in an update on Tuesday, August 25, 2020.

The update also indicated that 7 more persons have succumbed to the disease, taking the death toll to 270.

However, the total number of recovery/discharged cases have also increased to 41,843, after 148 more persons recovered the disease.

The new recoveries have contributed to reducing the number of active cases to 1,604.
