It was reported yesterday that ‘One Corner’ hitmaker, Patapaa was in critical condition after surviving an alleged food poisoning on Sunday, August 9, 2020.
A colleague musician, Bow Tyre had confirmed the news claiming that they went out with some friends and Patapaa later complained of stomach pains.
He indicated that Patapaa was then rushed to a local clinic in Agona Swedru where it was confirmed he had been poisoned.
However, Patapaa’s management has released a statement denying that their client was suffering food poisoning.
Though they admitted to his hospitalization, they categorically denied that it was food poisoning.
“Patapaa Amisty is doing fine and recovering speedily from a minor illness,” the statement said.
