Borussia Dortmund have warned Manchester United that they must complete a deal for Jadon Sancho by August 10, 2020, or the transfer is off.
Sancho, 20, has been the subject of intense transfer speculation as United line up a big summer move.
But Dortmund don’t want to be involved in a transfer saga after pricing the England international at a massive £108 million.
The German club have now set a deadline, putting pressure on United to wrap up a deal for Sancho.
According to Bild, United have until August 10 to finalise a deal for Sancho or the transfer is off the table.
Dortmund refuse to budge on their £108 million valuation, but further reports in Germany suggest the player has already agreed to personal terms with United.
He’s expected to pen a five-year contract worth a reported £140,000-a-week.
The transfer fee remains the final hurdle with both clubs going back-and-forth.
Meanwhile, Sancho enjoyed the most prolific campaign of his career last season with the ex-Manchester City youth star weighing in with 17 goals and 16 assists in the 2019/20 league term.
