Synopsis
According to Netflix, There was once a “Giant of Light,” named Ultraman, that defended the world from the threat of monsters and alien invasions. He completed his mission years ago and subsequently departed from Earth. Humanity welcomed an age of prosperity after Ultraman’s job was finished, but the world again needs the power of a “Giant of Light.” This time a new hero emerges in the form of a normal-sized, troubled high school student clad in a metallic suit. He is Shinjiro Hayata the son of Shin Hayata, the man who was once Ultraman and he struggles to become the Ultraman of a new generation.It has been a year since Netflix first announced plans for the second season of their 3D CG adaptation of the popular Ultraman franchise.
