While we wait on new music from Kendrick Lamar, the rapper’s previously released albums are still making waves. Recently, Chart Data; a twitter account, put out a tweet about Good Kid, M.A.A.D City. The album, which featured fan-favourite songs such as ‘Poetic Justice’ and ‘Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe’ has now spent 400 weekes on the Billboard 200 album chart.

Good Kid, M.A.A.D City is the longest-charting hip-hop studio album in US chart history. The album has currently spent 400 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart.

And to fans of Kung Fu Kenny, the rapper’s label—TDE boss Anthony ‘Top Dawg’ Tiffith—has announced that “King Kendrick will return soon.” (source: NME).
