The Electoral Commission wishes to announce to the whole student populace about the upcoming vetting of SRC and LNUGS aspirants. The vetting has been scheduled to happen on the 4th and 5th of July 2020 at the school’s premises.
This decision of the board was made after several meetings with the dean of the student’s board.
As part of the innovative effort of the Commission, all voting processes will be made available online in real time on the social media platforms. The link to the various social media platforms will be given in due time.
All health protocols laid by Ghana Health Service will be duly followed to ensure safety of participants.
In the meantime, all course reps of various Academic levels are to present q list of the names of their class members and active phone numbers to the Commission in either excel or word document format.
The EC encourages all students to give their maximum cooperation to make it a successful vetting.
