The coronavirus pandemic is still here and safety precautions are still being adhered to.

Frequent hand washing is one of the approved precautionary measures to prevent catching or spreading the virus.

It is for this reason that the Ghana Police Service was grateful to Nana Kwame Bediako, also known as Mr. Freedom Jacob Caesar, for donating an automated and mobile hand washing machine powered by solar panels.

Nana Kwame Bediako donated the item through his Freedom Movement of New Africa Foundation.

Mr. Freedom, in his speech, made it clear that the Made in Ghana solar hand washing machine, is a novelty creation by a young Ghanaian to assist in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Commissioner of Police, Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah, Director-General Welfare received the machine on behalf of the Service with gratitude and urged all to support the Police to help fight COVID-19 since we are not in normal times.
